Pros

Plenty of room for growth. Get to work with some awesome people - made many lifelong friends with this company. Lots of flexibility.

Cons

Do you enjoy your job role and responsibility changing weekly? Then this place is perfect for you. Management views themselves as Gods - it is known that you are lesser. In COVID times, no one is in the office yet they force you to pretend that you have work to do. You can only fake what you are "working" on for so long. They fail to identify your strengths and work with you on them.

Pros

Good benefits, nice workspace if you work in an actual WeWork

Cons

Terrible chaos. Management was run by an inspired maniac, and is now run in an uninspired way. Management always seemed bad and remains that way. In fairness, due to the chaos, everyone working there is on edge and trying to watch their back.
