Pros

- The best place to experience market dynamics & constraints - High visibility to learn new & intra disciplinary's - Very warm people to help out with any concerns - Disruptive approach in many aspects - Effective personal development programs & lots of employee engagement programs to build a better connect with different verticals

Cons

- Lot of back pressure in the system which is effecting employee efficiency - Work life balance is a real concern for me in personal, probably it is because of my job role it took up. But thats the point where WeWork can show difference compared to other employers - Resource utilisation are not so optimised yet, constraints over unnecessary restrictions of field deployments can create a lot of quality issues & creating a huge burden on existing team
