Pros

You'll meet some of the most amazing people in your life and probably make some life-long friends

Cons

Management is clueless about how to run the company. They harbor an extremely toxic environment where employees are not valued. This is evident in their hiring/firing practices and how they treat people

Pros

Beer on tap, some cheap snacks and not much else.

Cons

Horrific pay. No work life balance at all. Completely incompetent management. No structure and a huge waste of time for young college grads. Stay away from this toxic company, I will be quitting very soon .

Non community

Pros

Huge parties and cool offices. Summer camp and summit for good times. Free beers and dinners on Monday's. Good energy and lot of PR to keep the buzz going.

Cons

Chaotic with no clear alignment. Extremely political from top to bottom. Leadership is weak including digital, community. In the name of disruptive approach too many young kids with no relevant experience and bloated ego trying to run the business.
