Pros

Free beer? You will also meet a lot of interesting people who are members and other hard working people on your team.

Cons

The upper management does not respect their employees time or careers. You'll work long hours serving the community and the list of requests from HQ never ends. I've seen numerous people be fired for no reason other than their manager decided they didn't like them anymore.

Pros

Exciting and fast paced environment. Great benefits including heath insurance, stock options, partnership discounts and the event team really knows how to throw a party. The benefits definitely outweigh compensation.

Cons

Insane hours hid under the guise of a "hustle harder" mantra. It's not unusual to have 60-70 hour work weeks. Career development is not a priority.
