Brilliant place to work

Pros

The best learning curve in my career so far. Taught and learnt a lot. Company is in a bad light when it comes to Media relations but WeWork India is a different entity and is clear of that negativity.

Cons

Cons would be that workflow processes changed, making every team member question if they're really in a Sales atmosphere or a Call centre setup. The team has always been looked down upon by other Sales teams in terms of importance

Pros

Great work environment! Everyone is super open, friendly, and motivated. There are constantly changes for the better. Improvements in operations and processes move very quickly. Management really listens to the feedback from employees. Management rewards those who work hard.

Cons

Sometimes hearing bad press can be discouraging but a lot of it is fake news or news written so the editorials can gain more readers.

Busy, but best job in the world

Pros

A very rewarding job with a lot of autonomy and variety - I've been a Labs Manager for over a year and no day has been the same. It's like running your own startup, but with the benefits of having resources and a team to support you. HQ (both WeWork and WeWork Labs HQs) are very much enabling in your role rather than monitoring or restricting. There are good career (growth) opportunities and management has the right priorities when it comes to career coaching. Above all, the Labs team (both local and global) are some of the smartest people I've ever met and I've felt completely at home from day 1.

Cons

Since you have full ownership of your Lab, it is not uncommon to work long hours. This is not required or enforced by management or company culture, but it's something that happens regularly because there's simply so much to do.
