      Pros

      WeWork is a dream job for any go getter who loves helping people DO and find what they love. The pros are not only helping hundreds of people in their journey or starting, running and or growing their company, but you get to meet the most innovative and exciting people in the world while doing so. You are surrounded by motivated hustlers who keep you happy and motivated as well. I have never been upset to wake up and go to work! I can honestly say that!

      Cons

      WeWork is an ever growing, fast paced company. It's perfect for anyone who loves a quick environment and who is down for an exciting journey. WeWork is certainly non stop, but with that, you grow and learn so much as a professional as new curveballs are thrown your way every day, and with the help of your team all over the world, you can succeed in meeting those challenges!

      Good Evironment Free bean to cup coffee

      Cons

      Events - Can't even attend to...So busy with your work, no break, no lunch break. No time to stop. US Head office doesn't comply with UK Laws! Hazard environment to work in. Breaks all UK safety laws. Management couldn't care less. Response is, this is a start up company. Work long hours Personal Life goes out the window Become dead inside. Expect to you to use your personal smart phone or get one (Apple). They want you to download all these apps, so you don't have ANY TIME to yourself, even if you have finished for the day. No Option to get a company phone. Office Manager and her team were nasty.

      - amazing talent including former Google, Frog Design, IDEO, Case, Airbnb, Facebook, employees, etc - big design challenges: architectural, interior design, digital product, service design, etc. - big impact on society - designing for a large portion of people's lives (i.e. work and home life) - some amazing leaders - people care about each other - the mission is a good one - design for different cultures - the 'customer' is interesting (i.e. entrepreneurs) - the parties

      - some leadership don't deserve to be here - some overzealous people - lots of processes still to be defined
