Pros

- Great benefits - Amazing work spaces - Free beer on tap - Awesome networking opportunities - Fantastic events - Great people - Lots of paid vacation days

Cons

I have yet to find any. Honestly can't figure out why it has received such negative reviews on here. Yes, some days are long, but I love what I do so much that it doesn't even feel like work.

Pros

The people: everyone is friendly and wants to help you succeed and the work getting done is to an inspiring standard - from the real estate deals and interior designers right through to the recruiters, the community teams and functional support.

Cons

You have to be prepared to put the hours in. This isn't necessarily a con because the work is meaningful and you can be given responsibilities fast as you prove yourself.
