Pros

Everybody I have come in contact with has been supportive, welcoming, and encouraging. There is a fantastic sense of community here. You become a part of something huge and join a family. Everybody works extremely hard here. We all believe in providing the best member experience and that doesn't happen without hard work! WeWork is doing some amazing things and it's an amazing experience to be a part of! HR is extremely helpful and employees are treated with the utmost respect. You will get out of this job as much as you put into it!

Cons

It's a lot of hardwork. Some days are more exhausting than others and if you believe in WeWork and what you are doing, it is worth it! You're not going to do well as well here as you could if you are not one to take the initiative, believe in working hard, and have the ability to put the members first. You also have to be able to wear many different hats and be up for learning something new every single day. If you are looking for 9-5 mundane work as well as a repetitious and dull working environment, this is not for you. This is much more than that!

Pros

Community management at WeWork is a great place for young professionals that want to grow network and figure out what they'd like to do next. In community management, you're constantly meeting business owners that are building great companies. It's a great place to find your next gig. They also have great parties.

Cons

The management doesn't care about its employees. For some reason, they are content with high turnover and low glassdoor reviews. In a community management role, you won't receive much recognition for the hard work you put in. The management claims to be focused on customer service and fostering a fun community, but they don't care about anything other than numbers - 100% occupancy is all that matters. Simply put, they overwork and undervalue their community management teams.

Pros

Free Dinners on Monday, Beer and other drinks and snacks, Co-workers.

Cons

I was a temp for almost 5 months. I asked at least once a month if I was going to be eventually become permanent. Management kept giving me BS excuses. They noticed my hard work when it was convenient for them. My first 2 months here I was carrying one of my co-workers due to life issues but management did not notice. They tend to be indecisive, constantly changing things which can make your job very frustrating.
