Pros

This company is an ever-changing, diverse company and I can see how this may frustrate some on here. However, if your looking for a company that is ever-learning, dynamic, and still a place where you can call home then its the place for you. I can say I love what I do which is something I struggled with before. Each day comes with its own challenges but there is enough support for you to find the solutions. You also have a level of expectations and autonomy to make the situation work for you.

Cons

This is a growing, ambitious company which can seem like solutions are "on the cuff" and you may be left frustrated waiting for a solution. It can also seem like your thrust into the role without much preparation & training. What I would say is however, this means you're at a stage with WeWork where your ideas are heard and can be implemented almost immediately. The most frustrating thing about my previous role was that I felt my voice was not heard, which is definitely not the case with WeWork (no matter how big it gets).
