Pros

Loved my team and the people I was working with!

Cons

The company's management is screwed up and a lot of people are getting laid off. No communication regarding layoffs and its frustrating everyone.

Pros

Benefits begin Day 1, solid work/life balance, decent PTO, solid paid sick time, 4 month paternal leave, flexibility. One of the funnest, most upbeat companies I have ever worked for. The Northwest region of the company seems to be the best run region in the US with the coolest employees and leaders.

Cons

Promises of growth broken, no certified training, buildings seem to run too lean and teams stretched too thin, no raises or bonuses while I was employed for over a year. Unless you are part of the "community team" you are set to the side, not thought of as a core. Senior management in New York has no idea what they are doing. Company grew too fast for its own good. Too ambitious, needs to be more humble.
