Pros

+ WeWork's mission is to build a more caring, connected world, save the planet, and elevate consciousness. They put their money where their mouth is. What else could you want from a company mission. + Management's heart is in the right place, seem like they learn from their mistakes and take feedback + Awesome compensation, benefits, and amazing office in downtown SLC

Cons

- The Teem office & team was acquired by WeWork in late 2018, so there is currently (in 4/2019) some admin and IT pains caused by the merging of both infrastructures

Pros

Amazing earning potential. Great visibility and communication with leadership. Upward mobility and opportunity to change.

Cons

Things change frequently. If you are not welcoming to change or stuck in your old ways, this would be hard to overcome.
