Pros

WeWork is an extremely young company and has so much potential to grow, as it is constantly growing. You'll meet a ton of great people whom you can connect with and build relationships. Salary appears to be above average for the type of work you do. No dress code. Occasional free alcohol (All these things are outweighed by the cons).

Cons

You work really, really long hours. I overlooked the negative reviews because I really wanted to work with this company. The company is extremely unorganized. The first red flag was being expected to learn how to work a new position while simultaneously going through training at the same time. Impossible. Lots of passive aggressiveness and not enough support from management. There is no right way to do things 100%, because the position looks different at every location, yet somehow it's still evaluated all the same. The second was being expected to complete work without having access to programs/logins needed to complete this work. If you hire someone, please make sure they have all the tools they need to be successful before starting. The third is, being mislead about off-days ( you essentially can't really take off days because there's only three people working per building). If you're still figuring things out and are in need of work, go for it, but with an average of 10-12 hour days, you'll become burnt out really quick.

Great company work for...if you're at the executive/director level

Pros

As all of the other reviews have mentioned, great colleagues Fun work space Opportunity to get in on the "ground level" If you have a good idea you're encouraged to share Decent pay (for those at director/executive/manager level, at least) Company contributes enough toward benefits to completely cover a single person's insurance expense

Cons

Below market pay for entry-level positions (sure, they're entry level, but still) Long hours Office closed for a week in the summer & week between Christmas and New Year's - sounds great but you're forced to take this off and the days come out of your PTO (leaves you with 6 days) Lack of snacks/drinks/treats (yeah they have beer, water and apples but would be nice to have other items a la facebook, google, etc) High turn around Overall Disorganization (hopefully this will be fixed in the near future with new execs brought in)
