Pros

Depending on what location you work at and who your team and manager is can really make or break your experience. I got lucky and worked with great people and the members were great aswell!

Cons

Locations kept closing down and resources started to scale back a bit which gave an uneasy feeling about job security and opportunities.

Uncompetitive salary, infrequent raises and grossly inadequate Compensation. No clear path for career advancement, limited training and development programs, including stagnant roles. Toxic/Pervasive and harmful Workplace Culture; Constant negativity, ageism, bullying, lack of respect, and competition amongst colleagues. Blatant Disregard for Employee contributions, Erratic and unreliable Leadership, Systemic inequities with Complete neglect of employee well-being. - Complete Corporate Ladder with a Lovely Opaque Glass Ceiling
