Pros

WeWork is great for anyone who identifies as a people-person & is looking to start their hospitality, sales, or commercial real estate career. There are lots of learning & development opportunities within the company, and it's very easy to network with other like-minded people.

Cons

WeWork has recently exited Chapter 11 bankruptcy which caused massive restructuring & layoffs, removal of many employee benefits, and general uncertainty for the future. In my opinion, we're overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated.

Pros

The people I worked with on my immediate team were amazing and we certainly went through some stuff together.

Cons

The team I was on started as a pilot program so we had to scrape and grab for any resources and authority. We seemed to be the bandaid for other teams undergoing restructuring and layoffs.
