The company was so leveraged in debt that upper management held no power when it came to layoffs. There was simply no budget to replace you.

The company was so leveraged in debt that everybody knew there was no future beyond 1-2 years at this company.

- A fast-paced environment - No day is the same - Not a boring place to be - Can be creative and allow for a lot of networking - This job is what you make of it - meaning, you make your own path of growth

Cons

- The company rolls out changes too quickly w/o really thinking of the impact it will have on the employees who work directly with customers - Not a lot of growth within the company - meaning even if a person working in entry-level has the experience or education, it is still very difficult for them to get a job in higher roles - People working in the WeWork buildings are the point people for everything from: reception, client success, crisis management, sales, IT, business development, events, CONSTANT emails and meetings, etc - working in "Community" takes a lot out of you
