Pros

I think I am being compensated fairly for my role and workload. I have work life balance. I am not micromanaged. I enjoy my workspace. We have a good amount of PTO but I can always use an additional 4 to 5 days :) I have lots of autonomy.

Cons

Lots of internal changes, SOPs, etc. Not a ton of room for growth unless you are willing to move. They do not offer a solid growth strategy, it’s changed every year and ultimately it comes down to the relationship you have with your manager. Gotta go into the office every day. 401k plan is not good. Very hard to let go of under performing employees…to the point that it begins affecting other employees work experience. Feels like you’d have to commit a crime to be fired.

Pros

The time off policy is pretty solid and the quarterly bonuses.

Cons

Like many companies , there is constant change and the workload become more and more and the pay doesn't equal the amount of work required. The company used to have annual bonuses and more benefits which they've taken away. Prepare to be overworked and poorly compensated.
