      Hard to be part of a company that's looking to downsize/cut costs

      Pros

      The people are great. Access to all WeWork locations globally.

      Cons

      It was a great company to work at, however, lately, they're looking to cut costs left and right. This definitely impacts the experience of working there as you're constantly feeling like your job is jeopardized. The benefits have been slowly removed as well.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to meet people from different industries Good way to gain a network and learn outside of your comfort zone. You will be introduced to different systems, buildings and processes for operations.

      Cons

      Felt undervalued and unappreciated for going above and beyond. No support and clarity on how to be effective nor a clear plan to improve. Restructuring happening quickly, as fast paced as the job is the opportunities for growing professionally were just beginning. Can be very cliquely and favoritism from managers/leaders is apparent, managers missed one on ones. If you did not advocate for yourself, no one would. Cut throat and expected to make work your life.

      Leadership needs work, lots of narcissism, crazy nepotism, and too many leaders on high horses.
