Pros

Great teams to work with, if you show your responsible there is autonomy,

Cons

Direct leadership needs work. Although WeWork claims to be transparent, it does not feel it all the time. Too many last minute projects get thrown our way and expected to be executed 100% perfect. Career growth is still a joke even though leadership has been “working on it” for a long time now.

Pros

Pay & Benefits are above average The perks/connections

Cons

Managers are hit or miss lots of micromanagers or managers that will side with the members over you. A lot of the male managers are creepy towards female members/employees as well and little is done about it.
