Pros

The people I worked with were for the most part, extremely motivating and intelligent.

Cons

The title speaks for itself. The pay was barely livable. Exhausting management. We were made to work in the office full time, yet our Area Director primarily worked from home, and would often post cooking tiktoks and dog walking content in the middle of our workday. Which is fine, I love flexible working! But it was a bit of a joke that we were not offered the name flexibility. When I asked, I was essentially told to go apply for a WFH job.

Pros

The people are great and the camaraderie is the best thing about the job

Cons

No upward movement unless you are one of the chosen ones. Very hard to be recognized and rewarded for your hard work.
