      Pros

      1. Exposure to tech problems in real estate which is quite exciting and fascinating 2. Building the engineering platform from the ground up starting from team to execution calls for lot of challenges and opportunities to grow and learn 3. Inclusive culture which is employee friendly and promotes to follow passion/hobbies to make it a profession later ( side hustles :P) 4. Access to all the WeWork location across the globe 5. Leave policies are also superb and employee friendly. Workation policy is unique and exciting to leverage while travelling. 6. People are amazing to work with. 7. Lot of opportunities to solve, innovate in any function you join at. 8. Companies strong business base and profitability margins encourages to grow organically at very good rate year on year.

      Cons

      1. As the team is new lack of visibility and impact across the org would take time which is also a opportunity to prove and create a brand of our own 2. Comp could be a little tricky to negotiate as the company is also adapting to create an ecosystem of running full time engineers

      Pros

      Since emerging from chapter 11 they're on a path of growth and progress.

      Cons

      They rid themselves of their cultish leaders years ago but it's still an inner circle club that provides meager product offerings, yo-yo layoffs and hires, zero office culture, and typical tech bro trappings.
