Pros

Beautiful workspaces, generous benefits, awesome coworkers, good background music playlists, free sparkling water/kombucha.

Cons

Incredibly understaffed…like less than half the staff that used to manage the same amount. Close to 1/4. So it’s quite stressful and you’re spread super thin. Very little / no flexibility to work remote. The workspaces are almost all shoddily made with constant issues you’ll have to manage. VERY little room for advancement. Constant worrying about the next round of layoffs / re-organization… many of which changes seem to be for the worse for those on the ground.
