Pros

Fast-paced environment with rewarding compensation, if performing well

Cons

Objection-handling was challenged at an all-time high here; the public image was hard to ignore and there is little support & transparency given to combat prospects' concerns

Pros

Competitive Salary, high-impact and high-profile clients to network with, learning, great tools in place (salesforce - not spreadsheets)

Cons

Disorganized, stressful, misaligned goals with the goals of other teams (Ex: sales teams goal is to sell "desks", whatever discounts that takes, whereas community teams goals is to balance profits and losses, and so sales people would create terrible deals to hit their goals, screwing over the community team and long term health of the business.
