      Good colleagues, sometimes you get some flexibility depending on your manager

      Cons

      They kept mentioning how they can support and help you grow however they don't take action. Employees who have been there the longest tend to have managers in favor. People will call in sick for weeks and no support will be given. There is barely budget for the team which means you will have to pay for yourself if you go for an evening to bond with the team. Zero protection when it comes to members. Some of them are rude and will threaten you however nothing will be done to protect you from these situations.
