      Pros

      Autonomous environment, can be successful if self motivated. You run and are responsible for your own business. Surrounded by high-performing co-workers, great environment for collaboration.

      Cons

      High-pressure environment asked to jump through hoops constantly. constantly changing goals expectations are never clearly stated (mostly because the company doesn't know how to be profitable) and the culture of "feedback" is non-existent.

      Pros

      WeWork takes providing for their members seriously in order to provide the best possible experiences. With activities like Game Night,Movie Night & Yoga in addition to amenities like free coffee, tea, kombucha, & water each member is sure to feel welcomed and warm. Great pay.

      Cons

      The way WeWork treats its Corp staff is atrocious. Especially Part Timers. Management is insensitive and manipulative. They preach community and only show it when investors or higher ups are visiting the building. It feels like high school cliques all over again. I was injured on the job and had to go through an entire process just to gain sick time even though I came with a doctor's note that DEMANDED I get sick time to heal and get better. Make the community culture that you preach and show to clients and investors show in the same way to your employees!
