Pros

(Past tense) 1. Really cool, driven people. 2. Creative license to refine and explore your skills. These are no longer. PTO is good. Casual dress.

Cons

Pay Work-life balance Instability of company and industry Constant restructuring Chaotic and constant redefining of mission, roles, focuses Joining at this point is like jumping on board a sinking ship....that’s on fire and has been taken over by pirates. It will not be fun, beneficial to your career or provide a decent income for the work it in. Those who joined for the mission and hope of a wonderful adventure through dedication, innovation and hard work ...they have left.

Pros

cool work spaces, constant free snacks, opportunities for growth if you are liked by management.

Cons

nepotism, no work life balance, no flow of communication, destined to fail because no one takes accountability.
