      Pros

      Everyone was really inviting and genuine. On-boarding was one of the best with a clear and detailed schedule and pertinent info. Management is really attentive and pays attention.

      Cons

      Took a little while to hear back; you don't know where you'll be working until you're hired. There's a lot of after work happenings which can sometimes feel like too much.

      Pros

      The people are the best! The culture is positive, fast-paced, empowering, and creative. I feel valued by my peers and leadership and have since day one. You have to be incredibly comfortable with ambiguity and change to succeed here.

      Cons

      Things change so fast here, there isn't always time to keep the documents up to date. Luckily, everyone is approachable and happy to answer questions, and point you in the right direction if they don't have the answer.
