Pros

Community team members are the lifeblood of the company. You will develop close friendships with your peers and many members. Lunch and dinners sometimes provided. Events are wide-ranging, musical performances at HQ events.

Cons

Long hours, underpaid, corporate jargon, confusing and opposing priorities, poor bonus structures, and out-of-touch executives.

Pros

Cool brand name, interesting people, and you'll learn a lot. Your Instagram will look cool.

Cons

It's a massive cult. Get ready for low pay, long hours, and no real career trajectory. There's no advancement unless you're ready to "bro out". You need to like drinking alcohol .... a lot.
