Pros

Great leadership, great core values and mission. There is amazing team work and collaboration here and opportunities to travel and work with other locations. WeWork is a late-stage start-up that really invests in it's employees. WeWork looks for opportunities to help you grow and develop professionally and personally. Best place I've ever worked!!

Cons

Lots of changes happening all the time, but it comes with the territory of being in a growing start-up. Change means growth. We need more diversity in our leadership roles. WeWork is dedicated to diversity initiatives which I appreciate. I would love to see us continue to fill more leadership roles with awesome diverse candidates.
