Pros

Intelligent & friendly colleagues. A once-strong company culture. Snacks.

Cons

Like all employees, was sold on the trade off of accepting low pay (salary + OTE) for the promise of equity in a unicorn company. Shares are under water and not worth a cent. Never worked for a more nepotism driven company. Poor quality of life where hustle culture and not taking PTO is glorified. Mismanagement at every level of the Sales function within New Member Development. Complete lack of diversity.

Pros

Since the company is growing so fast, there are plenty of career opportunities. I started a year ago as the third person on the team, there are now 60 people on the team globally. Positions on our team keep opening and we always try to promote from within, giving our team members the opportunity to grow. It still has the start up feeling in the sense that every individual's voice and opinion matters, so you feel like you are making an impact in the company and you're not just another number in a corporate world. Our team is young and full of energy so I come into work every day looking forward to working with my team, learning something new and contributing to WeWork's mission.

Cons

I can't think of a con, I absolutely love the company and my team
