- You are worn to the BONE. Inadequate staffing, horrible egotistical management who micromanage building operations during check-ins with very miniscule and meaningless details. - No flexibility, feels like we are in high school being checked attendance and treated as children - Keeps saying they value Community yet we are given the least flexibility and compensated the LEAST yet do the BRUNT of all the work. -Management so out of touch they focus more on the appearance of the building instead of what the members are actually upset about (overcrowding, horrible tech support, HVAC). - High churn high turnover: The people you work with now will be gone in a few months because everyone wants to leave
