Little to no growth opportuities. Only options are if you are interested in Sales/ leasing. There are no specialized roles that you can grow into. There is not even an opportunity to shadow other departments. When there are roles posted, you have to be based in NYC at HQ. Truthfully, most of those roles can be done at any WeWork location. So many talented people here with varied interest, but nowhere to develop/ hone in on those interests here. Working in Community is a long road to nowhere here.
