Pros

The community, the team mates, the leadership trust in their employees, the freedom to set your market to success, the team spirit... The people in general has been my biggest highlight of my time within this company. I've also had the chance to learn alongside great leaders and develop an insane amount of soft and hard skills. This job was my first real job experience and I have to admit that I wouldn't be the manager I'm now if WeWork didn't give me that chance to improve my leadership skills and style by becoming a manager.

Cons

Not real "cons" per se as I think WeWork is not for every body. Extremely fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, wearing hundreds of hats, having to handle customer service and experience, managing a building/people/vendors/... - this can definitely be unbearable for a lot of people and I completely understand that. The only "cons" that comes to my min dis that depending on your market, the growth opportunities can be limited unless you are willing to relocate.
