Pros

Initially, a very nice job. Responsibilities and workload were light. You may have the opportunity to meet a lot of great people through the members.

Cons

-Workload rarely warranted needing to be in office 8-5 -Work was often redundant and often undercut previous initiatives -Benefits and promised raises were rolled back, ultimately putting me in a position where I was making less than when I started. -Hard to get projects done when people you were working with were being laid off with little notice.

Working at WeWork there wad fantastic autonomy and flexibility

Cons

Some of the downsides of the Enterprise roles in Australia, is you had little control due to the head offices of many companies being outside your designated zone
