Pretty Good

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible, promotes good work-life balance, nice coworkers and members, enjoyable job overall

Cons

Everything gets dumped on the community team, we deal with everything and don't get paid enough for it. Raises and bonuses are too infrequent. Company is always changing something, and stability is rare. They say you will be a "learner for life", which really means the company does not know what it's doing and you should be prepared for & good at handling change.

Pros

Networking Cool events Nice Community floors Easy commute to locations

Cons

Continuously High turn over Constantly changing policies / CEO's HR will deduct money from your check without notifying you first as per the law HR pushes you off to submit a ticket request to a different department for issues with pay, the job, or co-workers Horrible communication within the team
