Most unorganized company I have ever worked for. Not a single process or standard. No record keeping of anything. If you question senior management or disagree you are out of the cool kids club. Want to improve a process or just make one for that matter, try again because you are just told to stop being difficult. Try to help the customers and get things fixed…nope management says just buy them food and beer and tell them we’re still working on it. More concerned with holding 10-15 different meetings a day talking about what “needs to be done” and telling each other how great they are rather than actually doing anything. Fix something yourself and that’s a write up for not following the proper process, but really it’s because you made someone else look bad for doing something they were either too lazy or too incompetent to do themselves. Any other job is a welcome reprieve from dealing with that dumpster fire. Go work for any other co-working space if you must.
