Good step towards corporate life

Pros

Good step for after college and networking with other companies that work in your building. This is a job for transitioning from service to corporate.

Cons

Upper management is disorganized. Seems like half the people know what they're doing and the other half does not, so the ones who know what they're doing get burnt out and leave. Upwards growth is limited. Towards the end the company started taking away the greater benefits that made the job worth it in the first place.

Pros

Company values are good. Benifits like cab, flexibility to work is there.

Cons

Very slow career growth and professional growth. Very less salary hikes as compared to other companies. High politics and favoritism in management. Zero accountability in terms of problem and full accountability in taking the credit. Settled and old employees don't want to move their foot and live in their own fantasy world. Salaries are less.
