Pros

- High salary, started on 28k and was on 44k in less than two years. - Wellness event options for free like yoga and boxing classes - Wide range of skills can be learned as you'll be taking on various roles - Access to leadership was just a slack away and they were responsive

Cons

- Lots of overtime and you were expected to attend all events and company meetings even after work for 2hrs. - Manager turnover is frequent, had 5 managers in two years which resulted in inconsistent learning/training. - 1-1's were not very effective and served not much purpose as they followed a redundant formula. - Role progression can seem unatainable depending on if your manager is doing their job properly aka preparing you.
