Pros

Great time-off/vacation benefits, Gympass and Terapify access, food stamps, some hybrid working model, great team and beautiful offices.

Cons

They have a terrible leadership team and strategies, no money to invest in many MANY building physical deficiencies, unreachable and constant changing goals that make no sense (it even feels like they do it on purpose so they don´t have to pay commissions every now and then), they will fire you if you ever raise your voice, the excuse to laid you off will always be ´´restructuring the business´´, they will say to your face this but then, after you leave, the leadership team will try to scare the rest of the team by saying it was a ´´performance´´ reason, lots of job uncertainty and insecurity, wework is on the verge of closing down or selling their locations which means more laid offs. Lots, LOTS of overtime with no extra pay nor gratitude. They will say that they are very human but they really don´t care about your personal time and mental health. WeWork is NOTHING of how it used to be a couple of years ago, and I say this in a bad way.

Pros

Smart, talented, and authentic coworkers you'll rave about. Cool work.

Cons

Mass Zoom layoffs, big benefit cuts, leadership changeovers, no promised bonuses, promotion freeze, lack of transparency, layoffs during maternity leaves, and the sudden move to 5 days a week in office.... = an exodus of talent, culture change, and a deeply unstable workplace.
