If you are starting on your professional career, this company in your Resume could be a good highlight, but just that.
Pros
- Charismatic, fun and attractive people to work with. - Incredible buildings and beautiful offices design. - Lot of parties and cool events. - Lot of trips to attend to projects at different cities. - Due to the huge amount of projects going on at the same time and as a consequence of a pour direction and management, you can be assigned to big projects in very cool cities, without having so much work experience which it can lead to a good jump of growth to your Resume. ( Of course this is also an awful disadvantage for more qualified colleagues, but this is WeWork!)
Cons
- Promotions and projects assignment based on friendship and popularity (especially in Latin America). - Poor management of teams. (You can get overloaded of projects from one day to another with a lot of pressure and be near to burn out easily) - Terrible system of performance evaluation. (Peers selection was free, so you can imagine that). - The very competitive environment.
