Pros

-Good team culture. -Autonomy in the day to day -Ability to gain great experience while working with a great team. - supportive team mates

Cons

- bureaucracy - upper management lacks awareness of the day to day and lays out challenging expectations which eventually leads to burn out of employees - a lot of inexperienced junior people who are given important decision making positions

Pros

Coworkers are great, company culture is incredible in spite of the CEO

Cons

Every team is understaffed and paid less than the industry average "to attract the right kind of talent" in the CEO's own words. This means looong hours and unacheivable goals. All the time. The CEO has a bit of a god complex.
