Pros
The work/life balance and PTO.
Cons
It's a fun atmosphere but for the amount of work we do from operating an entire building, hosting events, other administrative tasks the role is severely underpaid. There is also not a whole lot of growing opportunities within this role. It almost feels like a dead end at times. They also moved their bonus structure to only being given at the end of the year which makes the payment significantly less (due to taxes). It seems they are valuing employees well-being less and using their bankruptcy (despite exiting) as an excuse to continue under paying their associates and leads that do so much. The company also keeps putting more and more responsibilities on the onsite and not compensating for such. I can feel the morale going down all across community teams.
