Pros

The beer; since chaos is part of the WeWork Culture you can easily get lost and not have to work too hard.

Cons

Mediocre leadership, no sense of culture, very unethical organization

Pros

- You are empowered to make decisions and choose your own goals/tasks - Every day you meet so many amazing entrepreneurs as well as continuously build these relationships - Inspiring and fun meetings, all-hands & trips (Summer Camp & Summit) - Great support system! Everyone truly cares for your well-being and become family

Cons

- Needs 401k matching - Community Associates should get paid more - Community Associates may be a little too empowered that we sometimes perform at a Community Lead level but don't get compensated for it

Pros

Wonderful people to work with, good communication between departments, good benefits, access to all WeWorks around the world, ability to attend events at each location, great possibility in moving up and around in the company since they're growing so fast.

Cons

Very long hours, difficult work life balance.
