Aside from parental leave this company might have the worst benefits in the industry. Laughably small 401K match, terrible heath insurance, tiny raises even for solid performers and given the recent IPO woes the weakest total comp package. If you are in Tech you can get better total compensation just about anywhere else.

Just released a global economic report stating they saved “1.75M metric tons of carbon emissions”, yet this is based on their own metric of cramming people into tiny offices in comparison to a typical office. WeWork buildings are built so crappy and cheap with no industry wide energy standards such as LEED; poorly set-up HVAC systems; no energy efficient lighting; and so much construction waste from ripping apart perfectly good office buildings so they look hip! They do nothing for the environment and are the most corrupt company on the market today!
