Lots of friendly people, free coffee bar, lots of fun activities always happening in the office, exciting company-wide events like concerts, great larger mission

Cons

Constant changing of priorities and organizational structures, lack of concern for incorporating sustainability into buildings while in their current hyper growth mode

Pros

They fly you out to some location for "summer camp" a few day off work and a huge party with all WeWork members and employees. You also get to travel somewhere for the winter time summit, if you miss either you can travel and work at any WeWork for about a week. The usually throw parties with food & booze, and once in a blue moon you go out for a team outing. Lots of dogs in the workplace.

Cons

On average working 52 hour weeks, unreasonable, changing expectations. You become your job, literally. Sometimes you're working 10 hours with a 30 minute lunch break. You have someone managing you who has been at the company for maybe a few months longer than you, seniority doesn't mean quality.

Pros

Since the company is growing so fast, there are plenty of career opportunities. I started a year ago as the third person on the team, there are now 60 people on the team globally. Positions on our team keep opening and we always try to promote from within, giving our team members the opportunity to grow. It still has the start up feeling in the sense that every individual's voice and opinion matters, so you feel like you are making an impact in the company and you're not just another number in a corporate world. Our team is young and full of energy so I come into work every day looking forward to working with my team, learning something new and contributing to WeWork's mission.

Cons

I can't think of a con, I absolutely love the company and my team
