good company culture (employee focused) immediate time off and benefits (no need to accrue) chill management, supportive of time off/looking for new jobs/etc relatively easy job depending on your building Leave work at work setting (

little to no opportunity for growth (within community side) ultimately serve as a receptionist/administrative job (if you like that you will love this) sometimes unrealistic expectations from corporate who clearly don't understand what WW is like outside of NYC No flexibility on hours/hybridity bc you are manning a desk
