Pros

- Great office spaces - Automatic placement from a certain school and those employees are eligible for appraisals every quarter, promotions every year, 30% bonus every year among other perks (department heads sucking up to you irrespective of your designation, office cars, its an 8-hour daycare center for you to come and have fun) - Great place to use getting drunk as an excuse

Cons

- Nepotism at its best - It is an extension of Embassy - same family business culture - Leadership is the most useless - none of them have leadership skills or have held any leadership positions in the past - In any lay off exercise, if you are not a product of nepotism, or have exceptional sucking up skills - you will be the first to go - The company doesn't believe in paying its vendors - Your reputation and relationship with vendors can be at risk
