Pros

Emphasis on learning (highlight was being able to attend Harvard lectures and see Frances Frei live). Great teams around you and so many talented people. You have a lot of autonomy (although that is lessening now) and you get to experience a lot in one job role (billing, operations, events, sales, account management, building management, realestate etc).

Cons

Zero culture anymore. No events - didn't even have a christmas party. Budgets slashes. Always on the look out for redundancies. (3 rounds of redundancies in just over 12 months). Communication chain from the top down is terrible. Many of our direction now comes from the US which doesn't always fit the UK model. Much of our job role is now becoming automated or centralized.

Pros

Easy work life balance, very 9-5 type role

Cons

They are only focused on the bottom line, with no regards to their employees
