Pros

A lot of PTO and you meet a lot of wonderful people

Cons

So many cons- my boss bullied me for my first 8 months until I begged the company to transfer me. I drove home every single night crying because of the emotional stress he put me under. When I tried to go to HR they were completely useless. If you're not part of the "cool kids" or are drinking gallons of their Kool-Aid you'll never get ahead. Management on all levels is a total joke. The lack of professionalism and knowledge in leadership is ASTONISHING. I've never witnessed a company so disorganized and disillusioned in my life. There are no growth opportunities outside of the community team. If you're looking to grow professionally that will be next to impossible here.
