Pros

Great place to work. It was a dream but as every dream it finished very soon due to the poor organisation.

Cons

They made redundant about 2,400 people at the end of 2019 because they overdid in the past

Pros

WeWork hires great people who make wonderful friends

Cons

On community teams, you are tied to a building 9am to 6pm and can go a little stir-crazy being hospitable and helping members constantly. There is no flexibility in schedules and are treated like a glorified receptionist. Higher ups and upper management treats you like hired help, even though without the Community teams and all the hard work we do, this company would have been done like Adam Neumann. Not really many growth opportunities within this company and they don’t seem to realize they should re-invest in current employees, that know their business.
