Pros

There is free food often, beer on tap in every building, ability to work remotely sometimes, casual work environment.

Cons

No work-life balance, they expect you to work long hours and perform more than your job requirements (2-3 other jobs) for no extra salary or bonus. Speaking of which, those are not always guaranteed annually, not even a cost of living increase. Limited options for movement either laterally or upwards. Constantly hiring from outside to fill manager positions rather than promoting.

Cons

no assigned seating causing chaos and people to steal computer and phone accessories, not a place for parents, very immature and non-understanding crowd, major duplication of roles and responsibilities across the entire organization

Pros

A lot of flexibility and ability to lean many aspects of the business. Cool work space. Good benefits.

Cons

Leadership is confused and does not have good direction. Information does not flow well. People tend to hold information tight to their jacket worrying someone will do better than them.
